Who are
we?
The IIB
(The International Institute of Biotechnology) has been in existence for 24
years (formerly the Institute for Biotechnological Studies) with a strong global
educational and research strength including 104 Eminent Biotechnology Fellows
from academia and industry (Fellows
of IIB).
Based at
the Kent Science Park (www.ksp-uk.com)
the IIB is working currently to develop with the Sittingbourne Enterprise Hub
Ltd (www.sehl.co.uk)
a new training centre for Laboratory Technologists called the Kent Science
Resource Centre (www.kentscienceresourcecentre.co.uk/)
driven by the needs of Life Sciences in the region (www.seeda.co.uk)
in the 21st century.
